Personal Customers Online Account Management

Personal customers can carry out the following via the Northridge online account management tool:

  • Obtain a settlement figure and balance on your Northridge agreement
  • Notify Northridge of a change of address
  • Request to change the bank collection day of your monthly repayment

Click ‘online account management tool’ to access.  Please note you will need your 12 digit Northridge agreement number, date of birth and bank account number, from which your payment is made, to log in.

  • If you would like to make a payment (arrears, settlement etc.) to your account, please click here
  • Northridge Account holders requesting a change of bank payment details:   Direct Debit Form
  • Any customers wishing to provide consent for another individual to discuss their account:Provision of Consent Form

Business Customers / non Online Account Management

Business customers or personal customers who do not wish / are unable to use the Online Account Management tool can manage their accounts by downloading and sending the relevant form from below to Northridge.

  • For details on submitting a request to change the day of the month that your direct debit is collected :Change of Payment Date Request
  • Account holders wishing to change the correspondence address on their account:Change of Address Notification Form
