Requests to change your Account Details

To amend your account details, please download, complete, sign and scan the relevant form and email* customerhelp@northridgeuk.com

 

  • For details on submitting a request to change the day of the month that your direct debit is collected :

  • Account holders wishing to change the correspondence address on their account:

  • Northridge Account holders requesting a change of bank payment details:

  • Any customers wishing to provide consent for another individual to discuss their account:

We ask that no correspondence is posted to our Head Office at this time, as all staff are working from home and your request may not be actioned in a timely manner.
