How to manage your account

You can choose to manage your account in a way that suits you.  We offer the following choices:

  • Northridge Self-Serve (personal and sole trader customers only)
  • Using the Northridge website
  • Telephone – if you need to speak to us, call 0800 9170923
  • Post to: Northridge Finance, 1 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5LR

Northridge Self-Serve – Personal and Sole Trader Customers

You can manage your account online at a time that suits you by registering for our Northridge Self Serve .  This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  In most cases your request will be completed immediately.

If you register you’ll be able to see:

  • Your current balance. 
  • How much it would cost to clear your agreement
  • When your next payment is due
  • How long you have left to pay your agreement
  • How many miles you can do each year (PCP agreements only)
  • What you’ll have to pay at the end of your agreement if you want to keep your car (PCP agreements only)

You can also:

  • Update your contact phone number
  • Change your address
  • Change the bank account you make your payments from
  • Change the day of the month you make your payments (this is subject to conditions)
  • Add all of your accounts  with us.  This includes accounts you’ve had in the past but are now closed.

How to register

Click on the link to access Northridge Self-Serve. To begin registration all you need is your:

  • Northridge Agreement Number – this has 12 numbers and you can find it on your agreement or any letters we’ve sent you
  • Date of birth
  • Bank account number – this is the account you make your monthly payments from

Online Account Management – Personal Customers

You can use the Account Management Service on our website to:

  • See how much you’d have to pay to clear your agreement
  • Get a balance
  • Change your address
  • Change the bank account you use to make your payments

You’ll need the following to log on:

  • Northridge Agreement Number – this has 12 numbers and you can find it on your agreement or any letters we’ve sent you
  • Date of birth
  • Bank account number – this is the account you make your monthly payments from

You should know that:

  • If you don’t want to manage your account online you can complete a form and send it to us – see “Business Customers” below.

You can manage your account using our website.  In most cases you’ll need to download a form and send it to us once you’ve completed it.
