If you’re struggling to manage your money, we’re here to help. You can use this form to contact us about payments you’ve already missed, or if you think you may miss future payments. You can also use it to ask for information or updates if you’ve already been in touch with us.
Once we’ve received the form, we’ll get back to you within 2-5 working days. If you need to talk to us sooner, call us on 0800 917 0932. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. Depending on your query and how you would like us to communicate with you we may get back to you by email or telephone, unless you have requested correspondence by alternative formats. If there are any times you can’t take a call, just let us know in the form.
