Broker Finance

Northridge Finance currently operate a Broker offering in both Northern Ireland and GB, which has grown to be recognised as a major provider in this market place.

Since inception in 2007 this division has grown rapidly building on existing broker partners and recruiting quality new broker relationships.  Originally built on largely the Agricultural market, over recent years we have expanded to incorporate the more corporate market of Plant and Machinery.

We pride ourselves on the service offered to Brokers and adopt a very ‘hands-on’ and personable approach when dealing with our business partners.  As a ‘prime’ lender we are primarily looking at stronger credit covenants and largely wheels-based assets while still accommodating requests for more specialised assets where credit constraints permit.

Northridge Finance are members of the Finance and Leasing Association (FLA) and subscribe to the FLA Lending Code and FLA Business Finance Code.

All FLA members are required to comply with the standards of practice set out by either the FLA Lending Code, Business Finance Code or both, depending on the type of finance products they provide. The codes are intended to assure that both consumer and business borrowers will be treated fairly in their dealings with members.
