How we support you
At Northridge, we know that anyone can be affected by financial crime. Financial crime means things like fraud, scams, or someone stealing your money or personal details. It can be difficult for those affected and victims may need both emotional and practical support. That’s why we are partnered with Victim Support (VS) – a charity that helps people who’ve been affected by crime, including fraud.
Who are Victim Support (VS)?
VS is an independent charity who offer a range of Fraud Support services for anyone who’s been a victim of financial crime.
What does VS do?
If you’ve been affected by financial crime, VS can offer:
- Ongoing phone support from a trained caseworker – you’ll speak to the same person throughout your case.
- Practical advice to help you avoid fraud in future.
- Referrals to other organisations if you need extra help.
Everything you share with VS is confidential. They’re separate from Northridge, so your conversations with them stay private.
You can find out more on their website: www.victimsupport.org.uk
