What’s Support Hub?

Support Hub is a free online service provided by Experian. It allows you to easily share your support needs with multiple organisations in one go without having several conversations.

The information will only be used to help you get the support you need, nothing else.

It helps you:

  • Get the right support
  • Save time, as you don’t need to contact each organisation separately
  • Control what information is shared about you – you don’t have to share everything with every organisation
  • Understand what help is available from each organisation
  1. Visit Support Hub. Simply click the button or use QR code below
  2. Register or log in. To register you’ll need an email address
  3. Select your support needs – these can be updated or removed at any time
  4. Choose which organisations you’d like to share your information with
