Charging your EV

Just like your phone, EVs need charging. You can charge:

• At home – if you’ve a driveway or garage, you can install a charger
• At work – some employers offer charging points
• In public – there are thousands of charging stations across the UK

Before buying, make sure you can charge your EV. Think about:

• Do you have off-street parking?
• Do you rent or own your home?
• Do you live in a house or a flat?

Your dealer can help answer these questions and guide you.

You can also:

• Visit the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) website to find approved installers and check installation costs
• See if you qualify for a government grant to help with installation
• See if qualify for a government grant as a landlord
