Charging your EV
Just like your phone, EVs need charging. You can charge:
- At home – if you’ve a driveway or garage, you can install a charger
- At work – some employers offer charging points
- In public – there are thousands of charging stations across the UK
Before buying, make sure you can charge your EV. Think about:
- Do you have off-street parking?
- Do you rent or own your home?
- Do you live in a house or a flat?
Your dealer can help answer these questions and guide you.
You can also:

- See if you qualify for a government grant to help with installation

If you finance your vehicle through Northridge, you may be offered a personal loan to help cover the cost of installing a charger (subject to approval)
